- Analytics: Playtime, high scores, achievements unlocked, and general city-level location.

For Support: We only collect personal details, such as an email address, when you contact us for help. We use this information solely to resolve your specific issue.  

For Improvement: We use anonymous technical data to fix bugs, balance gameplay, and learn which features our community enjoys the most.  

For Safety: Data helps us prevent cheating, keep the app secure, and comply with international laws.  

For Communication: If you choose to opt-in, we may send push notifications about game updates or new content.  

Commitment to Younger Players (COPPA)  

We are serious about protecting children.  

Under 13: We do not intentionally collect or store personal data from children under 13. If we find out such data has been shared through a support email, we delete it from our systems immediately.  

Contextual Ads: Any ads in our apps are based on the game content rather than user behavior, in line with COPPA guidelines.  

Parental Control: Parents can ask us to delete any information they believe their child has shared with us.  

Third-Party Involvement  

Transaction Processing: All in-app purchases are managed by external stores, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not keep your credit card or billing information.  

External Services: We work with providers like Google (AdMob/AdSense) for our operations. We recommend that you check their individual privacy terms to see how they handle data.  

Security & Disclosure  

Sage Helix Studios does not sell or rent user data to third parties for marketing purposes. We only disclose data if:
